Saga—The Dharma Name of Meditation Master Tạ Minh Tuấn

Saga is the teacher’s Dharma name Tạ Minh Tuấn. As he explains to his students, Saga can be understood as “chronicles of awakening journeys”.

This is more than a name. It is a spirit: each human being is more than a brief snapshot of mistakes, successes, or failures. Each person is writing a long journey of the soul, where every event can become a lesson.

Origin of the Name Saga

In an Old Norse context, saga evokes long epic stories: journeys across generations, ancestral memories, and the destinies of people who endure trials and mature.

Through a spiritual lens, a saga is more than external history. It is an inner evolutionary journey: being born, stumbling, searching, awakening, and then passing the light to others.

Saga and the Awakening Journey

A human life is more than work, reputation, or social roles. Beneath it all runs a deeper stream of learning: who is living this life, who is witnessing this suffering, and who has the capacity to transform?

For Teacher Tạ Minh Tuấn, Saga is associated with the path of Awakening Meditation: return to awareness, look directly at unconscious cycles, heal memories, and live from the wisdom of the Inner Teacher.

Saga Is a Reminder

The Dharma name Saga reminds learners that they are not yesterday's mistakes. They are not a single upheaval. They have another chapter ahead.

Saga always has another chapter. So you always have a second chance.

Saga in the Inti Ecosystem

Saga's journey is expressed through many doorways: Inti Foundation, Inti Meditation, Inti Books, Inti Healing, Inti School of Light, meditation courses, books, and messages of awakening.

But at the deepest level, Saga is not about building a personal image. Saga is an invitation: turn inward, awaken, and then serve life with the brightest part of yourself.
