Each chakra represents a particular lesson we need to master. While chakra 1 relates to roots and origins, chakra 2 represents creativity, then chakra 3 relates to ego.
When you have a “role” in a team but problems keep arising, and you feel tense, uncomfortable, or even want to leave, the lesson you need to complete may concern the ego. When many “egos” are placed in the same circumstances or situation, each wants to “assert itself.”
So when you see a problem outside, “look back” within yourself. What needs transformation is not out there or anyone else — it is you.
