Scientific explanations make the wave–particle duality in everything in the universe more concrete and easier to grasp. This is considered a scientific advance, but in spirituality it was already deeply realized by enlightened beings long before.
Through meditation, we can verify that we are the observer. This is a profoundly deep realization. It is no coincidence that you feel someone is always “watching” or “echoing” as you think, speak, or act. That is the “teacher,” or the “voice within” you!
