Have you ever judged yourself and felt you were terrible?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you already understand superiority complex <\/a>is elevating yourself and considering yourself superior to others, we understand \u201cinferiority\u201d as the opposite extreme. That is when you feel the world seems to be \u201cleaving you behind.\u201d You feel lesser, inadequate, and without meaning in this life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All inferiority or superiority complexes are emotional imbalances, a loss of balance the chakras<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As with anything else, whether pleasure or suffering, we should not become too attached to either extreme. The same is true of pride and inferiority. Balance is a lesson we need to keep reminding ourselves of through life's \u201cchallenges.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
